Observation

Electrical outlets in the proposed childcare areas have small covers, posing risk of chocking hazards. All windows in the proposed childcare areas have window blinds with pull cords and inner cords capable of forming a loop and posing risk of strangulation to children. Living room: Multiple electrical cords from the router, cable box , VCR capable of forming a loop. Kitchen: a block of cooking knives place on the countertop next to the stove. Accessible to the children. Indoor: two large organizers not anchored to the wall, tipping hazard. All outlets in the proposed childcare areas do not meet the tamper resistant or blank plates requirement. The outlets near to the bathroom sink and near to the kitchen sink are not GFCI/TR
